These terms govern your use of the Shop This Space website and pilot service operated by Zippster Studios. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The pilot service

Shop This Space is an early-stage product that helps people present items within physical spaces. Features, availability, pricing, and limits may change as the pilot develops. Live guest payment processing is not currently enabled; any checkout shown during the pilot may be a Stripe test-mode experience.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account activity and for ensuring that the descriptions, images, prices, links, and other content you provide are accurate and lawful. You must have the right to offer or promote every item you publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, mislead visitors, distribute harmful material, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Hosts are the sellers

The host identified on a storefront is the seller of its host-owned items. Shop This Space provides listing, request, communication, and payment technology, but does not own, inspect, deliver, or take possession of those items. The host is responsible for lawful ownership, accurate descriptions and condition information, availability, and completing pickup or handoff.

Requests and payments

Sending an item request does not charge you or create a completed sale. The host may accept the request, reserve inventory, and later share a secure Stripe payment link. Review the item, seller, quantity, price, pickup plan, and final-sale notice before paying. A payment is not proof that pickup or handoff occurred.

When live payments are enabled after a separate launch review, Stripe payments for host-owned items will be direct charges to the host's connected Stripe account. The host is the merchant and seller of record, receives the sale proceeds, and is responsible for Stripe processing fees, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. Shop This Space receives the application fee disclosed for the host's plan or transaction; it does not become the seller or merchant of record by providing the payment connection.

Final-sale policy

Host-owned item sales are final for change of mind after the buyer accepts the item at pickup or handoff and the handoff is recorded. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived, including remedies when an item is not provided, materially differs from its listing, or a charge is unauthorized, duplicate, or incorrect.

A host may voluntarily agree to a return or other accommodation, but is not required to accept a change-of-mind return. Any approved or legally required refund for a Stripe payment must be returned through the original payment method so the order, fees, inventory, and payment record remain accurate.

Problems, conversations, and disputes

Guests should contact the host through the order or request history when possible. Shop This Space records these messages so the host and guest have a shared history, but does not decide ordinary return requests or guarantee a particular resolution. Shop This Space may act when needed to address fraud, prohibited activity, legal obligations, or payment-provider requirements. Card-network and payment disputes remain available where applicable.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Shop This Space does not guarantee the condition, availability, safety, legality, or suitability of host-listed items. To the extent permitted by law, Zippster Studios disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend access that threatens the service or violates these terms. We may update these terms as the product develops and will post the revised date on this page.
