These terms govern your use of the Shop This Space website and pilot service operated by Zippster Studios. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The pilot service

Shop This Space is an early-stage product that helps people present items within physical spaces. Features, availability, pricing, and limits may change as the pilot develops. Online subscription billing and guest payment processing are not currently enabled.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account activity and for ensuring that the descriptions, images, prices, links, and other content you provide are accurate and lawful. You must have the right to offer or promote every item you publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, mislead visitors, distribute harmful material, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Transactions

During the pilot, hosts and guests arrange payments, pickup, delivery, returns, and related terms directly. Shop This Space is not a party to those transactions and does not guarantee the condition, availability, or suitability of listed items.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zippster Studios disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend access that threatens the service or violates these terms. We may update these terms as the product develops and will post the revised date on this page.
