Shop This Space is an early-stage service operated by Zippster Studios. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the website or create an account.

Information we collect

We collect the account details you provide, such as your email address. If you choose Google login, we receive the basic profile information Google shares for authentication, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier. When a guest requests an item, we also collect the name, email address, optional phone number, request details, sale-policy acknowledgement, and messages or problem reports associated with that order. We collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use this information to create and authenticate your account, provide Shop This Space, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or other unrelated Google services.

Sharing and service providers

Guest request details and order-linked messages are shared with the host of the space so the host can respond, confirm availability, arrange payment or pickup, and address reported problems. We use service providers including Supabase for authentication and application data, Cloudflare for hosting and domain services, Stripe for payments, and Google for optional sign-in. They process information only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.

Retention and your choices

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referring websites, device and browser types, and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or local storage, and Cloudflare does not log URL query strings for this service. We do not send form contents, request messages, or account details as custom analytics events. Browser privacy tools may block these measurements. We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. Guest storefronts also keep saved-item choices and request receipts in that browser's local storage so they remain available on the same device; clearing browser data removes those local copies. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.

Security and updates

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product develops and will post the revised date on this page.
