Let visitors explore the work—and ask about taking it home.

An exhibition can spark interest long before someone is ready to speak to the artist. A QR code catalog gives visitors a simple way to revisit available pieces, read the details and start a direct item request.

Represent each piece accurately

Use photographs you have permission to publish and list only works you own or are authorized to sell. Include dimensions, medium, condition and framing details in the description. Make the distinction between an original, a print and a display piece explicit. Set quantity to match the units actually available.

Organize the collection like the exhibition

Create rooms or exhibit areas to help visitors find the work they just saw. Prepare the catalog privately, then publish the selected inventory and display a storefront QR code at the entrance or alongside the collection. Guests can browse without installing an app or creating an owner account.

Treat interest as a conversation

Review incoming requests, check availability and decide whether to accept. Accepted requests reserve the item; owners can keep collection details and the conversation in its history. Enable bargaining only for pieces where you welcome offers. Discuss safe packing and collection separately: the current pilot is not an auction house, an authentication service or a shipping service.

Can visitors bid in an auction?

Not in the current pilot. Silent and visible item auctions are planned on the roadmap. Today the focus is a clear catalog, item requests, optional bargaining and owner-managed collection.
